Zakariah "Lil Z" Ibrahim

Zakariah “Lil Z” Ibrahim, 15, of Cicero, passed away unexpectedly on December 31, 2018. He attended 8th grade at North Syracuse Junior High School. Lil Z loved music and created his own rap music. He enjoyed going jet skiing on Oneida Lake with his family. Lil Z followed most sports especially his brother who plays basketball and football. He was very good at bringing people up when they were feeling down.

He was predeceased by his father, Farouk Ibrahim, in 2014, his uncles, Leonard Fairfield and Azzat Ibrahim, and by his cousin, Farouk Ibrahim.

Surviving are his mother, Lyn Ibrahim and her fiancée, Ruby Hanmer with whom he resided; his siblings: Farouk Ibrahim Jr., Katrina Fairfield and her son, Ayden Doupe, Renee Capria, Jamela, Jamil, Justin, and Jason Ibrahim; grandparents, Linda Fairfield and Tom Kianka.

Calling Hours will be held on Thursday from 4 – 8 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale. Services will follow at 8 pm.
