May 25, 2005 Charles J. Adang, 84, formerly of Beley Ave., Mattydale, died Wednesday at Loretto Geriatric Center. A native of Syracuse, Mr. Adang resided in Mattydale for 38 years before moving back to Syracuse in 1995. He retired in 1983 after 13 years with Hoffman Air and Filtration. Prior to that he worked for Rex Air Manufacturing Co. for 13 years. He was a member of the United Steel Workers Union and was a former communicant of St. Margaret's RC Church. He was predeceased by his wife Marie in 1984 and his son David in 1996. He is survived by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Friday at the Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale. Services will follow at 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home and burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery. Krueger Funeral Home, Inc.
