Kenneth M. Agosh, 58, of Mattydale, passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at home surrounded by his loving family. Growing up on the West end of Syracuse, Ken was a 1976 graduate of Fowler High School. He earned his Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy from O.C.C. and was a Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist. He resided in Mattydale for most of his life.
Ken worked at Crouse Hospital for 26 years, becoming a Respiratory Therapist in 1998 and then another 14 years at Crouse Medical Practice starting their PFT Lab. He was loved by all who knew him, including his colleagues, family and friends. Anyone that knew Ken agreed, "Everybody needs a Ken." Ken took pride in everything he did and was the definition of a truly genuine person. He enjoyed his many pets, especially his bird Shiloh.
Ken was predeceased by his parents, Robert and June (Buckner) Agosh and by an aunt, Virginia Rice.
Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Mary Ellen (Trovato) and their three daughters: Amanda (Anthony Racciatti), Kaitlin, and Marissa (Tim Martin), of Mattydale; three siblings: Robert (Maria) of Clay, Jim (Maureen) of Cicero, and Carolann Agosh of Eastwood; his in-laws, Connie and Joe Trovato of Mattydale; brother-in-law, Ross Trovato and several nieces and nephews; as well as special cousins, Frank (Julie) Agosh of WV.

A Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 1st, 2015 at 1 pm at St. Margaret's Church, 203 Roxboro Rd., Mattydale, NY. A Celebration of his Life will be held Sunday, April 12th at 12 pm at the Salina Civic Center in Mattydale.
