Anthony Ambriati

Anthony "Tony" Ambriati, 83, of North Syracuse, died Sunday, June 19, 2016, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse. Tony was born in Brooklyn, NY and grew up in New York City. He resided in the Syracuse and North Syracuse areas for most of his life and was the son of the late Salvatore and Brigette (DeCarlo) Ambriati.

Tony retired in 2005 after 10 years as a truck driver for Santaro Trucking; he also drove for Riccelli Trucking. Tony enjoyed collecting die cast models and was an auto enthusiast. He attended North Central Assembly of God Church on Buckley Road.

Anthony is survived by his children, Shane Ambriati, Jerry Ambriati, Shirley Ambriati, Nickole Ambriati, Nadine Ambriati, Tom Ambriati, and Roxanne Ambriati and Maria Saccone; siblings: Vincent and Al Ambriati, Dolores Garafalo, and Louise Coolidge; and his grandchildren: Brand Anderson, Justin Ambriati, Heather Case, Ashley Ambriati, Anthony Ambriati, Gino Case, Cameron Ambriati, Jada Ambriati, Chad Ambriati, Chase Perkins, and Giavonna Ambriati.

Friends may call on Friday from 10 - 11 am at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale, NY. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am, at the funeral home.
