AnnMarie (Osinski) Gallagher, 77, of North Syracuse, passed away Monday, March 3, 2025. AnnMarie was the daughter of the late Chester and Helen Osinski and grew up on the West end of Syracuse where she was a 1965 graduate of Sacred Heart High School. She attended Business school and joined the workforce as a receptionist at Dr. Max Marvin’s office in Dewitt, Leo Leviton Co. Janitorial Supply for 10+ years, and finally at the Humane Association.
Ann Marie was the Past President of the VFW Post #3146 Ladies Auxiliary who enjoyed cooking and headed up the VFW kitchen and it’s Pitch League. She enjoyed traveling to Colorado and Texas to visit her family and was a former bowler in the Fremont Lanes leagues.
She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, John J. Gallagher; their three children: Patrick (Amber) of Texas, Christopher (Anna) of Colorado, and Victoria (Aaron Lorraine) of North Syracuse; a brother, Dr. Thomas Osinski of Syracuse; grandmother to Grace, Johnny, Aaron Jr. “AJ”, and Ayden; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call on Tuesday, March 11, from 4:00 – 7:00 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale. A Mass will begin Wednesday, March 12, 11:30 am, at St. Margaret’s Church with burial following in Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery, Syracuse.
