Jeanne (Bachman) Henson, 84, of North Syracuse, passed away peacefully Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Mattydale, NY she was a life-long resident of North Syracuse, and a devoted communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church. She was a dedicated wife, loving mother, caring grandmother and great grandmother. Jeanne enjoyed spending time with her family and friends at their camp on Lorton Lake, especially on the 4th of July. Her favorite pastimes included playing bridge and bingo, baking her famous pies and celebrating family milestones. She and her husband, Hank, were married for 65 years. The love they shared was a shining example of true devotion. The depth of their love was unmatched.
She was predeceased by her parents William and Bertha Bachman, brother and sisters: William Bachman, Anne Zogby and Eunice Sakowski.
Jeanne is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Henry; her children: Thomas (Patricia) Henson of Liverpool, N.Y., Daniel (Michelle) Henson of Cleveland, NY, Patrick (Doreen) Henson of Liverpool, NY, Deborah (Donald) Scott of Cicero, NY and Gregory (Lisa) Henson of Baldwinsville, NY; grandchildren: DJ, Lisa, Joshua, Sarah, Laura, Christopher, Ryan, Carrie, Katie, Nicole, Jillian and Madison. She had 10 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 10 am, at Saint Rose of Lima Church. Family and friends may call Friday from 4- 7 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale.
