Kathryn L. Barzee, 79, of Jamestown, died April 7. Born May 29, 1926 in New Bethlehem, PA to the late Henry and Ada Hoover Thomas.
She was a 1944 graduate of St. Mary?s High School in PA and was a communicant of St. John?s Church in Jamestown. She was formerly employed as a secretary for the former Tilo Roofing & Siding Co. in Jamestown.
She was predeceased by a son Gary in 2003 and a brother ?Jack? Thomas of Virginia. Surviving are her son Jeff Barzee of Mattydale and a brother Robert of Denver, CO.
A memorial mass will be held 9 am May 9th at St. Margaret?s Church in Mattydale. Burial was in Fluvanna Cemetery.
