Albert J. Brisson, 89, of Baldwinsville, NY, passed away quietly at Bishop House on James Street in Syracuse, Sunday, April 24th, 2022. Born in Syracuse to the late Aldona and Anna (Marion) Brisson, Albert was a 1951 graduate of St. Vincent de Paul High School. He was an honorably discharged Army veteran that was stationed in Korea during the Korean War. Albert grew up on Pattison Street in Syracuse before enlisting in the US Army and most recently resided in Baldwinsville for the last 15 years.
He retired after many years as a delivery driver for the United Parcel Service. Prior to that, he was a delivery driver for Byrne Dairy. Albert loved all sports and excelled in basketball and baseball at St. Vincent de Paul High School. After high school, he especially enjoyed bowling, golf, and playing cards. Moreover, he cherished spending time with his family and friends. Furthermore, Albert absolutely loved sending greeting cards for every occasion, along with giving very generously to his family and charities. Additionally, he loved traveling with his wife Marjory. Albert was also a huge fan of the NY Yankees and SU sports. He was a communicant of St. Vincent de Paul in Syracuse and St. Mary’s of the Assumption in Baldwinsville.
Albert was predeceased by his wife, Sherry Brisson, and by his wife, Marjory (Smorol-Brisson). He is survived by his brother, Joseph (Sally) Brisson; a sister, Veronica “Ronnie” Stafford; his caretaker and nephew, William Brisson; and by several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, 10:00 am, at St. Margaret's Church, 200 Roxboro Road, Mattydale. Burial with Military Honors will be in Assumption Cemetery, Syracuse.
