Cathleen A. Brooks, 58, of Cleveland, NY, passed away Friday, July 29th at St. Luke’s Health Care in Oswego. Cathy was born and raised in Syracuse and was the daughter of the late Constance (Brown) and Robert W. Brooks, Sr. She was a 1982 graduate of Fowler High School. Cathy was an avid reader who enjoyed crocheting and sometimes, fishing. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Surviving is her husband of 35 years, Ernie Bush; three children: Brian Evans of Phoenix, Arizona, Nina Bush of Owego and Jeffrey Melvin of St. Augustine, FL; two siblings, Bobby (JoAnna) Brooks of Pennellville and Mary Brooks of Orlando FL; and 9 grandchildren.
