Sally Brunet

Sally March Brunet, 79, passed away on Sunday in the comfort of her family at home. She was born in Syracuse and resided in Mattydale most of her life. She worked as a beautician at Lillian's Beauty Salon, in Mattydale.
Mrs. Brunet was a communicant of St. Margaret's Church and during the 1960's, she was a leader of Brownie Troop 509. Sally was a charter member of the Save Hyde Lake Association in Theresa, NY where she and her family enjoyed many summers at their cottage.
She was predeceased by her husband, Albert Julien in 1997, and her sisters, Evelyn Simonds, Lillian Retzbach, and Mary Ann Bliss. She is survived by four daughters; Janet Brunet of Summit, NJ, Joyce Schell Brunet of Weedsport, June Drury of Hastings and Jeanne Roof of Brewerton. Also surviving are five sons; Thomas Brunet of Mattydale, Jeffrey Brunet of Central Square, James Brunet of Syracuse, Bernard Brunet of North Syracuse and Andrew Brunet of Lafayette. She is also survived by twenty three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be at 9:30 am Wednesday at the Krueger funeral Home, followed by a mass of Christian burial at 10:00 am in St. Margaret?s Church. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
