Albert M. Capria Sr., 75, of Old Farm Rd., Fayetteville went home to be with the Lord on Thursday March 30. Albert was a native of Syracuse and the son of the late Leo and Dorothy Capria. He resided in Lafayette for 15 years before he moved to Fayetteville in 1997. He owned and operated several Syracuse based trucking companies for the past 40 years and was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church in Utica.
He was predeceased by his grandson Keith Capria in December of 1997.
Albert is survived by his partner and his Love Teresa Fogarty, his daughter Dottie Hall of East Syracuse, four sons Albert of Syracuse, Clifford of Arizona, David of Mattydale and Adam of Jamesville, 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am Saturday , April 29, 2006 at the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes on the corner Genesee and Barton Streets. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society 6725 Lyons St., Box 7 East Syracuse, NY 13057.
