John Coon

John M. Coon, 85, formerly of 550 Clinton Street in Syracuse, died Thursday at Heritage Health Care Center in Utica. John resided in the Syracuse area most of his life and was the son of the late Frank and Mabel Coon.
He was predeceased by his sister, Dorothy Switzer in 2004.
Surviving are his two daughters and several nieces and nephews.
At John's request there will be no calling hours. Burial with graveside service will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Dewitt on Thursday at 10:00am.
