Edith Dellomorte, 93, of Sedgwick Heights, Syracuse, died Friday at James Square Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Anthony Cecconi and was a life resident of Syracuse. She received a Bachelor?s degree in Music from Syracuse University in 1934. Edith helped operated several family restaurants owned by her late husband Angelo in the area. They included the Hills Building, the Dutch Kitchen, Dellomorte?s Restaurant all in Syracuse and Dellomorte?s Country Manor in Cleveland, NY. She was also a communicant of St. Daniels Church in Lyncourt.
She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years Angelo in 2001. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Richard ?Dick? and Sybil Dellomorte of Cleveland, six grandchildren Susan Stachewicz, Barbara Prehoda, Michael, Christina, Anthony and Richard Dellomorte, 10 great grandchildren and a great great grandson.
A mass of Christian Burial will be will be 9 am Monday at St. Daniels Church, 3004 Court St. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to Krueger Funeral Home 2619 Brewerton Rd.,
