Paul Dowling

Paul M. Dowling, 46, formerly of Matty Ave. Mattydale died Thursday at University hospital following a lengthy illness. Paul grew up in Mattydale, graduated in 1979 from North Syracuse High School and resided in the Syracuse area since 1979. He enjoyed watching sports and was an avid Red Sox fan. He was also a communicant of St. Margaret?s Church in Mattydale.
Surviving are his parents Maurice ?Moe? and Rose Dowling of Mattydale, a sister Maureen Brian Hogan of Fulton, two brothers Hugh Dowling of Mattydale, Edward Peggy Dowling of Liverpool and two nieces Samantha and Julia.
Funeral Services will be 9:30 am Tuesday at a time to be announced at the Krueger Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am St., Margaret?s Church. Burial will be in Our Lady of Peace Mausoleum in Clay. Friends may call from 5 to 7 pm Monday at the funeral home 2619 Brewerton Rd. Mattydale.
