Donna M. Farino (Mangicaro)

Donna M. (Mangicaro) Farino, 73, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2015. Born in Washington, D.C., Donna was a resident of Syracuse for most of her life. She resided in Lakeland, FL, for the past 15 years before moving back in April and was the daughter of the late Dominick and Marjorie (Yesley) Mangicaro.

Donna retired in 1998 after 15 years as a line supervisor for Phillips Broadband in Manlius and was a former member of St. Peter's Church in Syracuse. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed.

Donna was predeceased by her son, Michael, in 1988, a daughter, Debra, in 2012, a brother, George, in 2015 and by her sister-in-law, Patricia, on December 26.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Michael Farino; a son, Mark (Tammy) Farino of ME; her sister, Sharon (Brian) Mangicaro-Hallada; five grandchildren: Ashley, Maggie, Taylor, Michael, and Marjorie; several nieces and nephews; and by her dear friend, Dawn Skurpski.

Friends may call on Saturday from 12 - 2 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale, with a Service of Remembrance following at 2 pm.
