Kenneth Forth

Kenneth G. Forth, 92, formerly of Pennellville, passed away Monday, March 21, 2016 at Iroquois Nursing Home in Jamesville. Kenneth resided in the Syracuse region for most of his life before relocating to New Port Richie, Florida for 10 years. He returned to the area in 2001 and resided in Pennellville. Kenneth was the son of the late Joseph and Jennie (Seibert) Forth.

Kenneth was a World War II Army Air Force veteran. He was stationed in Foggia, Italy and served in the European Theatre. Flying in over 50 missions with the 463rd Bomb Group in B-17s, Kenneth operated the Ball Tourot Gunner. He retired in 1984 after 39 years as a gang leader for Allied Signal in Syracuse, a Honeywell subsidiary. Kenneth was a life member of the VFW Post #153 in Baldwinsville.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife of 69 years, the former Norma Beauchamp and his three brothers, George, Charles and Donald Forth.

Surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 1 pm, Wednesday, at Woodlawn Mausoleum, 800 Grant Blvd., Syracuse.
