Frances "Fran" E. Bukowski

Frances “Fran” E. Bukowski, 91, a life resident of Mattydale, passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2022. Born to the late George and Louise (Salinski) Cook, Fran operated Bob Bukowski’s Collision in Mattydale with her late husband for 48 years. She also dealt in antiques and collectables. Fran was a loving mother to her three children and a doting grandmother. She took great pride in her home and enjoyed cooking, gardening, needlework and puzzle making, as well as playing cards with friends and going to the casino.

She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Robert W. Bukowski in 2013, a daughter, Deborah Midlar in 2017, and a son, Robert E. Bukowski in 2020.

Fran is survived by her daughter, Ann Marie (Nathan) Cohen of Summerville, SC; three grandsons: Shad Miller, Jacob Midlar, and Timothy Miller; 4 great grandchildren; her sister, Jane Campione of Mattydale; and several nieces and nephews.
