John M. Fudali, 89, of Syracuse, passed away on Easter , Sunday, March 27, 2016 at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was the son of the late Michael Fudali and Aneila Zabawa. John was a native of Mary D, PA and resided in Syracuse for 50 years as well as in Liverpool at Buckley Landing for the past 6 years.
John was a veteran of the Army Air Force and served in Europe during World War II. He worked at General Electric in Liverpool for 20 years as an Electronics Technician before retiring. John went on to own and operate Town and Country TV Service for 7 years and also worked at Rud Clarke Audio Visual Services for several years. He shared his talent of fixing and repairing "anything and everything" with his sons and grandson. John owned every saw, hammer, nail and screw imaginable which gave him great joy; as did playing and caring for his two grandchildren. He was a sports fan, especially enjoying the S.U. games and a communicant of St. Daniel’s Church in Syracuse. John was always willing to lend a hand. His quiet, gentle spirit and bright smile will be greatly missed.
John was predeceased by his wife of 57 years, the former Eleanor M. (Harvilla), in 2010.
He is survived by his two sons: John Fudali Jr. of Liverpool and Stephen (Kathleen) Fudali of Lyncourt; a daughter, Patricia (Dale) Colella of Liverpool; two grandchildren, Dane and Torey Colella; a step-grandchild, Kollene Magari; his sister, Mary Mack of Hancock, NY.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 10 - 11 am at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale. A Funeral Service will follow at 11 am and Entombment will be in Woodlawn Mausoleum.
