Jack Hachmann, 65, of Liverpool, passed away Thursday at home. Jack grew up in Bellevue, Iowa and resided in Liverpool for the past 42 years. He attended St. Rose of Lima Church and St. Margaret?s Church.
Jack was a 1960 graduate of North Syracuse High School and served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. For the past 41 years, he was employed as a heavy equipment sales representative for several Syracuse area companies including John Deere. Jack was an avid SU basketball fan and enjoyed traveling around the country to many NASCAR races.
Jack was predeceased by his father Arnold in 1991.
Surviving are his wife of 42 years Janet Pylypciw; his two sons, Jeffrey, of Charlotte NC, and Jason, of Cicero; his mother, Alice Hachmann, of Dubuque, IA; his brother, ?Butch? Hachmann, of North Syracuse; three sisters, Ruth Rothbaler, of Brewerton, Christine Young, of Belvidere, IL, and Lu Ann Malone of Niceville, FL; and his mother and father in law, Delores and William Pylypciw, of North Syracuse.
Friends may call from 11am-2pm, Saturday at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale. Services will be at 2pm Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery. Contributions may be made in Jack?s memory to a charity of your choice.
