Welcome to the 3rd Annual Halloween Trick-or-Treat Hearse.
Putting the FUN back in Funeral!!
We at Krueger Funeral Home enjoy Halloween just as much as the kids out trick-or-treating. October 31st, residents in the Mattydale area can see an actual hearse being driven around by Krueger Funeral Home staff in costume, handing out bags of candy to all the children it encounters.
Howard Krueger, owner, started this tradition a few years ago and intends to continue doing it each and every year.

Also in keeping up with the Halloween tradition the Mattydale Fire Department will also be on the streets in Mattydale and Pitcher Hill passing out treats. On October the 31st. the fire station will also have an open house from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM with treats, NAVAC, the Onondaga County Sheriff's Department and The Onondaga County Fire Prevention trailer will also be on display for all to go through it. Fire Prevention materials will also be available.
