Judy R. Rudd

Judy R. Rudd, 84 of Pitcher Hill Apartments, passed away Thursday, July 25, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse. Born in Halstead, PA, Judy was the daughter of the late Charles and Eleanor (Ludington) Tompkins.

 She worked as a lunch aide at Webster School in Syracuse for many years. Judy was a member of the Schiller Park Association and Neighborhood Watch. She attended Gethsemane United Methodist Church. 

 Judy was predeceased by her daughter, Denise Freeman and by her sisters, Bonnie and Janet. 

Judy is survived by two sons: Randy (Kim) Rudd and John F. (Penny) Rudd, Jr., all of Cleveland; two brothers: Richard Tompkins of Red Creek and Lyle Tompkins of Wolcott; and by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

Friends may call on Friday, August 2, from 9:00 – 11:00 am at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale, with a Funeral Service following at 11:00 am. Private burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Dewitt.
