Marilyn F. Lauber, 72, of Louis Drive in Cleveland, died Monday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Marilyn was a native of Mattydale and resided in Cleveland for the past 35 years.
She was a Class of 1956 graduate of North Syracuse High and worked as a bookkeeper for Sposato Flooring in Liverpool for more than 20 years and then at Charles H. Haynes in Cleveland. Marilyn attended St. Bernadette's Church in Constantia.
She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, William "Nascar Greg" Lauber, in 2008 and by her father, John Czyz.
Surviving are her three children: Michelle Foss of Lancaster, CA, Thomas Marybeth Lauber of Asheboro, NC, and Theresa Lauber of Syracuse; her mother, Mary Czyz, of East Syracuse; six grandchildren: Jennifer, Stephanie, Kari, Lauren, Scott, and Megan; ten great grandchildren: Chase, Hunter, Hailey Michelle, Julian, Katie, Jonathon, Jewel, Dillan, Jed, and Jade; and her two sisters: Ruth Ann Butch Massett of Chittenango, and Lucille Richard Bordonaro of West Monroe.
Friends may call on Wednesday from 4-6 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale with a 6 pm funeral service following. Contributions in Marilyn's memory may be made to North Shore Ambulance, PO Box 513, Cleveland, NY 13042.
