Melissa A. Perrotti, 60, of Limetree Lane in Liverpool, died Sunday, May 7th at St. Joseph's Hospital. Born in Syracuse, Melissa grew up in Plainville and resided on Kenwood Ave for 20 years before moving to Liverpool. She was a 1974 graduate of Cato-Meridian High School.
Melissa retired in 2012 after 37 years as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital Mother Baby Unit. She also worked in the Medical Surgical Unit for 10 years. Melissa was an avid reader who loved music and dancing. She enjoyed spending time and caring for her family and grandchildren. Melissa was a communicant of St. Margaret's Church.
She was predeceased by her husband of 25 years, Thomas, in 2007, her mother, Irene Lounsbery Weber, and by her siblings: Lonnie Lounsbery and Diane Daniels.
Melissa is survived by two children: Anthony (Claudette) Perrotti and Adrianna (Zach) Perrotti; her father, Donald Weber; four siblings: Pat Carraro, Peter Lounsbery, Pamela Crittela, and John Weber; three granddaughters: Anahleace, Angaleigh, and Natalie; several nieces and nephews and a close family friend, John Betsey.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 4 - 7 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale, with a service at 7 pm. Burial will be in Assumption Mausoleum, Syracuse.
