Sharon Rodenwold (Drake)

Sharon (Drake) Rodenwold, 81, of Mattydale, passed away Thursday, August 15th. Sharon grew up in Central Square and was the daughter of the late Reginald Drake. She resided on Brookfield Road in Mattydale for the past 49 years.

Sharon retired in 2007 after 16 years as a bartender at Cam-Nel's in Mattydale. Previously, she worked as a waitress at Marty's Inn in North Syracuse for 20 years.

Sharon is survived by her daughter: Melissa (Phil Farina) Gensler of Mattydale; two grandchildren: Christin Farina and Philip Farina Jr.; and three great grandchildren: Aidreanna and Brooke Clark and Autumn Sims.

Friends may call on Sunday from 1-3 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale, with a funeral service following at 3 pm.
