Robert C. Roeckelein, 88, of Mattydale died November 3, 2005 at Francis House. He retired in 1980 after 25 years as a Technical Assistant Tool and Die Maker with the Syracuse University College of Civil Engineering. He then moved to Albuquerque, NM, where his wife Dorothy Seib passed away in 1986. Re-locating to Ocala FL, he resided with his sister Pearl King for 18years. After her demise in 2003, he was in the process of making arrangements to re-locate to Mattydale NY to be close to his sisters, he was diagnosed with a terminal illness in September 2005.
He was predeceased by, sisters: Ann Bauer and Pearl King, brothers: John, William, Fred and Edward.
He was survived by three sisters Clara Dippold, Bertha Garafalo, Ruth Roeckelein, several nieces and nephews.
