Adele Rogala

January 23, 1910 — January 29, 2009

Adele M. Osinski Rogala, 99, of Syracuse, went to her heavenly home on Thursday at Malta House with her family by her side. She was the last surviving child of the late Joseph Osinski and Victoria Schmidt and was a native of Syracuse.
Adele was a homemaker then worked at Nettleton Shoes during the 1970's. She was a member of the Legion of Mary, the Altar Rosary Society, and the Republican Club. Adele was a communicant of St. Margaret's Church.
Adele was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Anthony Rogala in 1986 as well as her eight siblings: Alex, Frank, Joseph, Bernard, Regina, Bertha, Edward and Aloysius.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Alice Davis, of Oskaloosa, IA, Carolyn O'Hara, of North Syracuse; her son, Richard, of Eastwood; her 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4-7pm Saturday at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Road, Mattydale. Prayer will be at 11:45am on Monday at the funeral home followed by a 12:30pm mass in St. Rose of Lima Church. Entombment will be in St. Mary's Mausoleum, DeWitt. Contributions may be made to St. Margaret's Angel Fund, St. Rose of Lima School or to Malta House.
