Charlotte A. Rowe, 77, of Seymour St. in Syracuse, died Saturday at her home. A native of Southwood, she resided in Syracuse for the past 53 years. Charlotte graduated from Madison School in 1958 and was the daughter of the late John and Emily Rowe.
She retired in 2013 after nearly 60 years as the Head Union Stewardess for Coyne Textile Services. Charlotte enjoyed fishing and target shooting with both rifles and handguns. She loved bowling with her family and on several leagues in the Syracuse area and was an avid Elvis fan. She also was an animal advocate and supported the ASPCA as well as the Wounded Warrior Project.
Charlotte was predeceased by all 7 of her siblings and a nephew Tim Lando.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews John (Bernadette) Lando of Oswego, Shirley (John) Luis of Watertown, Lynn (Fred) Prince of Mattydale, Jason (Jackie) Lando of Mexico and many great nieces and great nephews including Amanda, Timmer, Chas, Ryan, Amy, Patrick, and Tony.

Friends may call on Wednesday from 4-7 pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale. Services will begin on Thursday at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
