Mark Rowe

March 13, 1954 — September 12, 2008

Mark E. Rowe, 54, of Bernhards Bay fought a very courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer only to succumb to its tragic outcome on Friday September 12th, 2008 at Crouse Hospital. Mark was born and raised in Mattydale and had resided in Bernhards Bay for the past 21 years. He was the son of Marie and the late Robert M. Rowe.
Mark was a 1972 graduate of North Syracuse High School and attended OCC. He worked as a tool maker and machine repairman for the past 30 years at various shops in the Syracuse and surrounding areas. Mark was the former owner of the Constantia NAPA, he owned and operated A & E Custom Cycle in Bernhards Bay. He also was an award winning designer and bike builder and a member of the Valley Desperados motorcycle group. He attended St. Mary's Church in Cleveland.
Surviving is his wife of 21 years, the former Debbie Hains; his Mother Marie Rowe of Mattydale, his twin sons: Edward and Adam Rowe; a brother: Robert J. Anita Rowe of Syracuse; his three sisters: Mary Bill Rybak of Cicero, Christine Tom Kershner of Saratoga NY, and Kathy Rowe Frank Malfitano of Baldwinsville; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 4-7pm, Tuesday at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Road, Mattydale. Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 12:30pm, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Margaret's Church at 1pm. Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay.
