Shane L. Demoff

Shane L. Demoff, 50, father, brother, and lifelong resident of Syracuse, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 26, 2023. Born to the late George Demoff and Regina Hollister, Shane grew up on the North side of Syracuse.

Shane had many different occupations throughout his life. He was good at many things whether it was working on a house, working on a car, or lending a hand. Shane was also a good artist.
Shane was not the perfect man, and he wouldn’t want anyone to claim that he was. He was flawed, but he was also a person to own his flaws. Out of all things he was or did, the one thing he was great at was being papa Shane. He loved his grandchildren, his daughter, and his family a great deal.

Shane was predeceased by his brothers, Reginald, Joseph, and Brian Potter, and by a sister Rachelle Wade.

He is survived by his daughter Adreanna Marie, and his grandchildren, GraceAlynn and Remington; as well as his siblings: Maureen Hemingway, Jeffrey Potter, Daniel Potter, Kevin Potter Sr., Regina “Starr” Demoff; a sister-in-law, Roberta Potter; and by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, 4:00 pm, at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale. His family hopes that he can be at peace. He will be missed by many loved ones, never forgotten, forever in our hearts.
