October 12, 1959 — December 23, 2004

Madonna M. Teresko-Fitz Simons, 45, of Little Falls, NY died Thursday December 23rd at her sister-in-law?s home. She was born in Germany and grew up on Campbell Rd. in Mattydale. She graduated from North Syracuse High School in 1978 and attained her master?s degree in Special Education from Saint Roses College in 1986. Madonna was married to David Fitz Simons on September 5th, 1985 and moved to Middleville. She taught Special Education in the Little Falls area and later in the North Syracuse central School district.
Madonna dedicated her life to helping others and always put their needs ahead of hers. She loved her husband and family very much. She also had a dog Sara and cat Zippy that she loved. Her favorite hobby was to do her gardening in the summer.
She is survived by her husband David Fitz Simons of Little Falls, her mother Sandra Teresko of Syracuse, her father Steve Teresko of Saint Augustine, FL, her brother Steven Teresko of Milford, MA and his wife Rheta and their children Alisha, Zachary, Matthew and Nicholas.
Services will be 9:30 am Wednesday at the Krueger Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10 am in St. Margaret?s Church both in Mattydale. Graveside services and burial will be 1 pm Saturday September 24, 2005 in North Watertown Cemetery. Friends may call 5 to 7 pm Tuesday at the funeral home 2619 Brewerton Rd.
