Morris Sweeting

Morris ?Moe? Sweeting, Jr., 57, of North Alvord Street, Syracuse, passed away Sunday unexpectedly. A native of Parish, Moe was the son of Virginia and Morris Sweeting Sr. and resided in the Syracuse and Camden areas for most of his life.
Moe retired in 1989 after more than 20 years at Crouse Hinds and has since worked at Hinderwadels Grove and Onesource, of East Syracuse. He was predeceased by his daughter, Sherrie Lynn Sweeting.
Surviving in are his children, Morris Sweeting, III, Connie Sweeting, Joseph Sweeting, all of Syracuse, and Robert Sweeting and Chuck Lyons, both of Camden; his brothers and sisters, Virginia Terry Reynolds, of Syracuse, James Dawn Sweeting, of Parish, Kate Sweeting, of FL, Dickie Marybeth Sweeting, of Syracuse; his seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 4-7 pm Wednesday at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd., Mattydale. Services will be at 11:00 am Thursday at the funeral home.
