Lillian Taillon

Lillian ?Lilly? D. Taillon, 80, of N. Plymouth Ave., Mattydale, is now at peace as she passed away September 30th at St. Joseph?s Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Our beloved Lilly, as she was know to many, was born on October 2nd, 1925 in Cornwall, Ont. And has resided in Mattydale since 1980
Lillian worked at the cafeteria at the General Electric plant for 15 years, She was a communicant of St. Margaret?s RC Church in Mattydale.
She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years Alcide ?Sid? J. Taillon, five daughters and sons-in-law Norma and Joe Miesch of Mattydale, Elaine and Raymond Laperle of Cornwall, Ont. Marguerite and Bob Parks of Mattydale, Lorraine and Earl Fuller of Phoenix, Jeannine and Michael Clary of Camillus, three sisters, Flora Paquette of Cornwall, Dorothy Allaire of London Ont., Jeanne Grove of Cornwall, a brother Albert of Cornwall, 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, five step grandchildren and 15 step great grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4 to 7 pm Tuesday at the Krueger Funeral Home 2619 Brewerton Rd. Mattydale. Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 am in St. Margaret?s RC Church in Mattydale. Burial will be in the North Syracuse Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 5858 E. Molloy Rd. Mattydale, NY 13211.
