Jane Trendowski

Jane L. Trendowski, 90, formerly of 107 Northwood Drive in Mattydale, died Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital. Jane was a native of Syracuse and had resided in Mattydale since 1941 before moving to The Crossings at Minoa in January 2008. She was the daughter of the late John and Ann Tomaszewski.
Jane was a member of Ladies Auxiliary Management Club and Ladies Auxiliary Retiree Club, both at Crucible Steel. She was also a member of the Mattydale-Hinsdale Senior Citizens and the Ladies Aux. of Third Ward Men's Club. She was a communicant of St. Margaret's Church and active in their socialites group.
She was predeceased by her husband of 67 years, Walter Trendowski in 2005, her two sons: Norbie W. Trendowski in 1998 and David W. Trendowski in 1977; and her daughter in law: Cathy L. Trendowski in 1997.
Jane is survived by her son: Jerald D. Trendowski of Kirkville; her sister: Lorretta Stafy of Lakeland; and four grandchildren: Christine L. Cloutier of Chittenango, Amy Lynn Trendowski of Canastota, Brian and David Trendowski, both of Baldwinsville; and four great-grandchildren: Brandon and Cody Cloutier, Ava and Layla Trendowski.
Friends may call from 4 to 7pm Wednesday at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Road, Mattydale. Prayer service will be on Thursday, 9:30am at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10am in St. Margaret's Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
