Helen Weller

Helen J. Weller, 91, formerly of Kirsch Drive in Mattydale, passed away Thursday at St. Joseph?s Hospital. Helen was a native of Lansford, PA and resided in Scranton, PA for many years prior to moving to Mattydale in 1955. She then moved to Mexico to live with her granddaughter last year and was the daughter of the late Michael and Bessie Fredericks.
Helen retired in 1978 after many years for Penny Curtis Bakery; prior to that she worked at Hofmann?s Sausage. She was a member of the Salina Civic Seniors and a communicant of St. Margaret?s Church.
Helen was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Francis Weller in 1990.
Surviving are her son: Carl T. Sharon Rock of Parish; her six grandchildren: Michael Rock, Mindy Graham, Cindy Loomis, Brian Rock, Eileen Rock, and Heather Rock; and eight great grandchildren.
Friends may call from 11am-1pm at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Road, Mattydale, followed by 1pm funeral services. Burial will be in St. Mary?s Cemetery, Dewitt. Contributions may be made to NAVAC, PO Box 215, North Syracuse NY 13212.
