Edward Wesley

Edward J. Wesley, 59, of Furman Street, Syracuse, passed away Monday at his home. He was the son of the late Joseph Wesley and Emma Gage. Edward grew up in Mattydale and resided in the Syracuse area all his life.
Edward attended North Syracuse High School in the class of 1965 and graduated after joining the US Army. He was a member of the ?Big Red 1? division and served in the Vietnam War. He was formerly employed at Muench-Kreuzer Candle Company in East Syracuse for several years and was a member of the American Legion Post 1832 in Mattydale.
Edward is survived by his mother, Emma Wesley, of Mattydale, his children, Kathleen, Theresa, Brian and Mark, several grandchildren, his brother, William Wesley, of Mattydale, and his sister Patricia Wesley, of West Amboy
Friends may call from 11 to 1pm Friday at Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Rd. Mattydale. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm Friday at the funeral home. Burial with full military honors will be in Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
