Marjorie Wioncek

On September 2 our beloved mother and grandmother, Marjorie M. Maitland Werchinski Wioncek, passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital. Marjorie was born in Henderson, NY. She resided in Cicero for most of her life. She was employed at the Lake-shore Yacht and Country Club for over 20 years. Marjorie was predeceased by her first husband, Edward S. Werchinski; and her son, Edward S. Werchinski Jr. She is survived by her former husband, Edward J. Wioncek Sr.; two brothers, Arthur and Philip Maitland both of Adams; two sisters, Dorothy Caulkins of Virginia and Phyllis Petrie of Adams; her children, David Judy Werchinski, Joseph Judy Werchinski, Edward Lori Wioncek, Lynda Gary Wioncek, Cynthia John Reilly; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one additional great-great-grandchild expected shortly and several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5 at the Krueger Funeral Home, 2619 Brewerton Road, Mattydale. Funeral Services will take place on Thursday 8:15 a.m. at the funeral home and 9 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, Cicero. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Watertown, NY. Contributions may be made in loving memory of Marjorie to the Alzheimers Association; St. Jude's Hospital or the Salvation Army.
