Sandy Wright

Sandy J. Wright, 64, of Muskrat Bay Rd. Brewerton, died Monday at Crouse Hospital. Born in Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late Robert ?Bob? & Verda Moore and has resided in Brewerton for more than 30 years.
Sandy was an Onondaga County Certified Day Care Provider and did so for 15 years until the late 1980?s. She was a devoted wife and mother and volunteered with the Food Pantry in Brewerton. She was a member of the Disciples of Christ Church in Brewerton and a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star chapter # 180 in Brewerton.
She was predeceased by her Sandy J. Wright, 64, of Muskrat Bay Rd. Brewerton, died unexpectedly Monday at Crouse Hospital. Born in Syracuse, she was the daughter of the late Glenn R. ?Bob? & Verda Moore and has resided in Brewerton for more than 30 years.

She was a member of the Disciples of Christ Church in Brewerton where she also volunteered with the Food Pantry. She was also a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star chapter # 180 in Brewerton.
She was predeceased by her husband Richard ?Porkchop? Wright, September 8th 2003 and her sister and brother Jane Hilts and Bobby Fowler. Surviving are five sons Edward and Kris Wicks, Terry and Rita Wicks, all of Brewerton, John T. and Laurie Wright, Michael and Sherri Wright, Donald and Sharon Wright all of Mattydale, a daughter JoAnn and Ed Ohanian of Stockton MD, a brother John and Ellen Fowler of Redfield, Edward and Della Fowler of Florida, 14 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 8 pm Friday at the Krueger funeral Home. Burial will be in Redfield Cemetery. Friends may call 5 to 8 pm Friday at the funeral home 2619 Brewerton Rd. Mattydale. Donations may be sent to Disciples of Christ Church 9660 Main Street P.O. Box 631, Brewerton, NY 13029
